Privacy Policy

There will be times when some personal information will be acquired during the course of your therapy.
This information will be used to ensure you receive appropriate treatment or to provide you with information on our service provision and any changes.

Personal information will not be shared without express permission and will remain confidential and will generally only be used within Unusual Physio.

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be updated on our website, so please re-visit this Statement to ensure that you are aware of our most current privacy statement.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that your life can be busy and that sometimes appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

We will send you an SMS reminder 3 days prior to your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can offer the appointment time to another client.

All cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Full fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours of Scheduled appointments.

Feedback Policy

Our aim is that you receive a service that follows best practices.

If you have any queries, concerns, suggestions or compliments about your service there are several ways of providing feedback or if needing support for a concern. Please contact the clinic directly with any difficulties so that we can address them as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can email us from the Contact Us page (add link) with any complaints, suggestions or compliments. We value your feedback! We believe that all feedback is a gift.

Covid Safety Plan

Every business in Victoria, Australia is required to have a current COVID Safe plan. COVID Safe plans to assist with slowing down the spread of COVID-19. This document covers the following domains:

Cookies
